Cancellation Policy

At Swaby Holistic Therapies, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow sufficient time to offer appointments to others, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without charge.

Late Cancellations

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the treatment fee.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

• Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.

Late Arrival

• Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment to complete any necessary consultation forms.
• Arriving late may result in treatment time being shortened to avoid disruption to subsequent appointments.
• The full treatment fee will remain payable.
• If insufficient time remains to safely and effectively provide the treatment, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Booking the Correct Location

Swaby Holistic Therapies operates from multiple clinic locations. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have selected the correct treatment location when booking. Appointment confirmations include full location details.

Clients arriving at the wrong location may be unable to receive their treatment and the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation. Rescheduling may not be possible, and cancellation charges may apply.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Swaby Holistic Therapies in exceptional situations.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.

Important Booking Information

Swaby Holistic Therapies now operates from two treatment locations:

• WOW Beauty & Wellness Rooms, Hampstead NW London
• King's Gym, Tower Bridge, Bermondsey SE London

When making your booking, it is your responsibility to ensure that you select the correct treatment location. The clinic location and full address will be clearly stated during the booking process and within your appointment confirmation email.

Please note that Swaby Holistic Therapies cannot accept responsibility for appointments booked at the incorrect location. Clients who arrive at the wrong clinic will be unable to receive their scheduled treatment, and the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation in accordance with our cancellation policy. In such circumstances, rescheduling may not be possible and additional charges may apply.
